Is there any posibility to make some changes in size
The size can be changed in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Attachments admin page. Just find and configure the following options:
- Thumbnail Max Width
- Thumbnail Max Height
image position?
Provide us some example URL and let us know what you'll need to change.

It's not a way for a simple user (not admin or moderator). How a simple user can resize or modify picture position with this addon from the window editor ?
