When creating a new post or editing an old on mobile the "Attach File" button doesn't seem to do anything. No pop up blockers, Yes compress, Yes we have Cache plugins

Re-enabled "Auto Optimize" plugin and how it works fine.. weird! We only disabled it in the first place to make sure Caching / compressing wasn't the problem.
