I do not understand this.
I know they are rotating but the numbers they indicate could you please clarify?

Banner displaying frequency
This is the frequency of banner repeating in forum, topic, and post lists.
For example, if you set the value of the "Forum list - Banner displaying frequency"option 2, the ad will be repeated on the forum list twice.
In the same way, if you set the value of the "Post list - Banner displaying frequency"option 3, the ad will be repeated on the post list three-time, and so on.
