I am current subscriber of wpDiscuz, I have a custom post types question.
Suppose that I want to use a custom post type, and I DO NOT WANT TO USE wpDiscuz on custom post type, how would I configure this?

Sure, it is possible.
Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms edit the default form, and uncheck the comment form for custom post types.
