Added your voice comment add-on last night but are having problems with WordPress reading the short-code. Also when typing a message then recording a message and clicking submit the text disappears. See attached.

We don't find such an issue on our test website. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

@astgh I'd rather not have someone poking around in my admin. I was able to post a voice comment, but before entering a short text statement about what the recording is about, then tapping or clicking the microphone icon a recording is made. But when clicking submit the text disappears.
Going into WordPress admin and editing the comment I'm able to add the text back in and save, but after that, the audio shortcode is visible and not displaying the player.
Let's just refund my payment for this add-on and in the future, if the bugs are worked out I'd consider purchasing again.

This is a plugin working logit. If you're adding the voice comment the text in the editor will be removed. However, it should not display the shortcode after editing comments and adding the text. As I've already mentioned this is not a general issue, but just a specific case. We don't find it on our test websites.

Please let us know if the Dashboard comment editor is a Reach editor or a native one.
