You'll see the corresponding fields after clicking [Place Order] button on the actual payment form. In any case you can contact us for a new invoice after the purchase.

I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch via email regarding a VAT invoice, but I haven’t received any reply at all – not even a short acknowledgment.

At this point, it’s quite frustrating, especially since the product has already been paid for and I urgently need the corrected invoice for accounting purposes.
I really hope someone from your team reads this and follows up soon.

Please take care of this as a matter of urgency.
