an other question, very difficult to find where i could change the text in the bubble ?

Hello,
My subscribed nameo in wpdiscuz was charlo (mail momo5g@protonmail.ch), but it's impossible to loog in, (new pw impossible...)
so after 1 hour I have create a new account on wpdiscuz, charlo11 with a new mail adress:
louise@ddfr.ch,
but I'm not allowed to send message,
my question is how to change the text in the bubbles ? (fews monts ago I could do it),
Few months ago, i could change the text in Dashbord - wpdiscuz - message but it is no more present,
I want change the text of this bubble (1)

It seems you've enabled the "Use Plugin .PO/.MO Files" option, thus the phrases tab is missing now.
Just disable the option or translate the phrase using the Loco Translate plugin.
The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings tab. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/general-settings/#use-plugin-po-mo-files
