I would like to create a role like editor that would give a user access to the front end moderation. I can make them an editor but it gives them permission to do and see other things I don't want them to see. Can this plugin do this?

This plugin allows Admins and Editors to moderate comments on front-end. It doesn't have user role management system.

It would be neat if we could assign moderators and not make them editors. I would like to allow others to moderate without being able to change the site.

I would like the moderators of my website, who are already moderating the forum, to moderate the comments too. More than a year later have you thought about this option ?
I have "Front-end Moderation" Add on.
