I really like the plugin however when I try to integrate it to my Directories Pro plugin, there is now form to add new comments or replies.

Please go through all these steps, especially the fixing tips #2, #4, #5 and #6: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/getting-started/missing-comment-form/
If those tips don't work, then this is the Directories Pro plugin issue for sure, I'd also recommend contact them and ask them enable wpDiscuz for their plugin.
