Pardon the dumb question, but how do I grant a user moderator privileges without making them an admin or editor. Do I need to create a custom role in WordPress? Thanks.

You should add the following permissions for the user roles you want to allow to have the moderation feature available:Â
- moderate_comments
- edit_comment
