Hello.
How can I make that guest e-mail field to not required?
Also somehow e-mails doesn't be sent when someone report comment. Using no SMTP, just simple Wordpress emails.

Make sure the "Notify admin..." option is enabled and the admin email is correct in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Addons > Report & Flagging admin page:
