Please don't worry about the notices. Those are already fixed in the new version of the plugin. 

2. Question, when can I set that a moderator receives the message that there is a new comment.

You should find some other way to configure this. wpDiscuz is a commenting plugin and doesn't have any relation with this. I've found the following article it may be helpful for you: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-manage-wordpress-comment-notification-emails/
