Sure you can, just click on the "Add Media" button and insert the image you want.

My site is hosted for me through a provider, i downloaded the plugin and installed at from my home laptop into my hosted website. Do i need to add the activation key or is the key in my plugin?
Second, can i add multiple images in adds manager and let them rotate?

If you don't see the activation code area, it means the plugin is activated correctly.

Sure, you can add multiple images. As you can see we use the classic editor, so the rotate functionality doesn't have any relation with the wpDiscuz Ads Manager add-on.
In case if you have some orientation issue, you just need to use some other plugin for that.
