[WooDiscuz] Will it automatically reload to get new replies or comments?

Hello,

Thank you for great plugin. I have installed it and also had WP Super Cache plugin activated before. I just want to ask if these two plugins can work together beautifully and if the form just automatically reload to get new comments and replies? I mean there could be a lot of discussions happen at the same time and users need to read them before the cache expired. Additionally, I can see the option to "Set the Discussion Tab as the first opened Tab" but not sure how to do this and what value to to enter. It is great if you would help. Thank you.
