I found your plug-in great but noticed few problems such as:
- Once a client send a message, i receive the notification but if i reply, he does´nt receive it. How can we configure it?
- Once you dial our message some words are on uppercase letter and some on Lower case letter, how can we configure this?

Thank you for using WooDiscuz. That's very easy, just go to Dashboard > WooDiscuz and find the option "Notify Comment Author on new reply" and if it's unchecked just check it.

I'm sorry but I didn't follow you, what exactly do you mean? All phrases are editable in Dashboard > WooDiscuz > Phrases admin page
