Edit wc-comment-title and change border colours

Dear gvectors team,

at first: awesome work. This is the best comment plugin I've seen so far - and I searched and tested for several days now. Simple, nice to look-on and userfriendly!

Problem 1: I would like to adjust comment counter to German language. Unfortunately it's not possible through alteration of the phrases, because of the differences of plural and singular. Therefore I need to remove the article title in the counter, to get a bit of freedom for languages ;). How can I do that? Or is there even a possibility to convert the plugin into German?

Problem 2: Is there a way to change the border colour of the textbox and buttons? Would be nice if it fits better with the theme (tempera).
