Hi @ahmed-albuainain,

The [Disconnect License] resetting button is located next to the Deactivate button of that addon in Dashboard > Plugins admin page. You should deactivate license in all test websites, then you can activate it for the lave website.

It's not necessary to activate addons in test and development websites, please read this topic: https://gvectors.com/forum/product-license-questions/license-activation-on-development-website/

Dear Tom. I used the previous database to install an independent domain instead of a sub-domain.
Therefore, I was unable to reinstall the backup copy available on the site, with a new database and the old installation files were copied back to the old registry. All attempts were unsuccessful, unfortunately.

What is required now on your part is to stop the old activation, with deep thanks.
