hey, me trying to purchase a plugin for wpforo but 2 of my credit cards fail to authorize so I tried to fill out the contact us forum.but when i hit the submit button, it says I am blocked because my username is a spammer.What gives? I haven't posted a single thing on this site.I have only purchased one plugin and im attempting to purchase another but hit the above mentioned roadblocks.

Please make sure you don't have other accounts in our website. I see there is no any order associated with your account.

Try to use both payment system 2Checkout and Paddle. It could be a payment system specific issue.
