I have this message :

But i dont understand, because i have undestand that licence is Unlimited in the version i have Buy (1.0.2) (on my account, i can read "Expires : never")

Where is the problem ? Should i Buy a new licence Every year ?

Hi @migath,

I'm sorry but your license key is expired. All our products subject to yearly license for future updates. However, you’ll still be able to use the version you have for an unlimited time. Please read the license agreement here: https://gvectors.com/terms-and-conditions/#gaining-download-access

Hi @astghik

The problem is that I can not use the version I have. I have a message on the top of the Admin Console (Who say that my license is not active) - And i have an "Activation case" in the Plugin Page of WpForo PLugin (and the button on forum has been removed)

And this appears only when licence is fade (So at first I thought it was normal, and I just saw that normally my license bought was infinite)

So i dont understand . (if need my order number is #26300)

Do you mean that create Poll link is not visible on the frontend?

ok @migath, please register some new user and send login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it. There shouldn't be such an issue.

Please make sure the "Can create poll" permission/CAN is enabled, in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page(edit the current access).
