I am trying to purchase a plugin for wpforo but 2 of my credit cards fail to authorize so I tried to fill out the contact us forum but when i hit the submit button, it says I am blocked because my username is a spammer.
What gives? I haven't posted a single thing on this site. I have only purchased one plugin and im attempting to purchase another but hit the above mentioned roadblocks.
How do i get in touch with someone to resolve my issues?

Please use VISA card or PayPal payment method, currently the 2Checkout.com payment system has some difficulties with the MasterCard.
@tomson So the issue is that 2checkout no loner accepts mastercard and the solution from them was to use paypal. This would be fine if I could use the guest checkout method but you require me to create an account with paypal, which is a no go for me.
I think your email is in the black-list of spam checking services like Akismet and Clean Talk. We use both, and they don't allow you to send a message. We can change your email address, just contact us via support[at]gvectors.com email address and provide a new email address.
BTW, this issue doesn't have any relation to the payment. The payment is performed by 2checkout.com payment system, I don't see any screenshot with errors on the payment page. It has nothing to do to my cards, aside from the fact that 2checkout no longer accepts mastercard, as I have tried 3 different cards at this point.
