I have three addons running on a test site. I now want to move them to the operational site but I cannot figure out how to deactivate the licenses on the test site. 

I tried deactivating the plugins on the test site.
I tried deleting the plugins on the test site.

Still getting this error on activation:

The number of activation exceeded limit. Please connect with support !

Please leave your order ID to allow us to reset it. 

And please don't activate the plugins on test websites. The plugins should only be activated if WordPress is located in WEB under a real domain name.

Yeh, sorry about that. The test site was actually a live web site under a real domain, just not the right one... I moved it now. I was under the assumption that I could deactivate a license and reinstall it on a new domain by myself as that is pretty standard practice with most premium plugins. Maybe something to look at in the future, this is a bit confusing and seems like a lot of unnecessary admin work on your end as well. 

Anyway, my order number is #30782
