Please help me, it's very urgent. All my paid Plugins got automatically deactivated. Each time I tried to activate, I receive a WordPress error. Please help. I don't know what else to do. I had to restore backup to regain access to my site.

Hi @mathew-okara,

You are doing a major update, why not just spend 10-20 seconds to read the update instruction before doing such a large update?

It's clearly mentioned in the release summary, in the update changelog and in the update instruction that old addons are not compatible with wpForo v2, you should update addons to 3.0.x verion before updating wpForo to 2.0.x.

Now, just update your addon to the latest 3.0.0 version and all will be ok.

@tomson the problem is I haven't received the update yet in my site. I can't see where to update. I have visited dashboard---update, yet nothing. I can't see where to update. I haven't used my license up to 5 months I think. Please help.

Thanks.

@mathew-okara

Hi,

You will see the licenses of the paid plugins including the download links. Do as below:

1) Visit: https://gvectors.com/my-account/

2) Then go to see your orders

3) Click the order in which you purchased the paid addons

There you will see the licenses and the download links to download all paid addons of v3.0.x

The update information should be displayed under the addons name in Dashboard > Plugins admin page like other plugins, don't you see any information?

@tomson I didn't see any update information of the Plugin in the Plugin page. But I've downloaded from my account the new version and uploaded it to replace previous version.

Thanks.

@mathew-okara ,

Ok, thanks for letting me know. It seems the update checking interval is too long in your website. Next time force update checking by navigating to Dashboard > Update admin page.
