[Solved] Addons License is not Exist error

Hello,

I am getting an Error that License Key doesn't exist but I have copy Key from my purchase Addons.

Please make sure:

1. you don't rename the folder, it must be, for example: /wpdiscuz-voice-commenting/

2. you have not double directories nested inside each other for example: (/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz-voice-commenting/).

I have different domain from staging to live  so that might be that is a reason for the error

We don't see any issues with your order ID. Please again check and make sure these points are correct: https://gvectors.com/forum/product-license-questions/addons-license-is-not-exist-error/#post-34588

Also, send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

I have checked this both thing, it has no any issues with that, I also share admin details before 2 days but still not getting any response by your end

The developers just inserted the keys and those works fine. We don't see any issues at all.

I think I know what happened because I did it too.  If you bought the bundle and are taking the key from the order list due to the spacing it looks like the correct key is the one on over the item when it actually is the one under it.

I'd show you a screenshot but the keys would be on it 😉

I do believe that is what is causing the confusion though, you might want to redo the formatting on that page.
