Issues after renewal

I renewed my licences on all my plug ins today. There seems to be a couple of issues. 

I have added the activation key to all of them except the "User custom fields" plug in..... I seem to not have that one on my site, but I have "Topic Custom Fields", Are these the same thing? The activation key isn't working in this one. I am not sure what to do here.... please advise. 

Also, I bought all these so I can update everything. I have added the activation key to them all, except the one mentioned above, but my plug in update page isn't showing a "Update now" button... How am I supposed to update these plugs in? 

Please advise.

d**n!! I think i missed off the topic custom fields plug in when I bought the plug ins!! I just looked through the list of plug in and yes, it wasn't on my list it seems. 

Can you sort me a code so I can get the same discount as I would have if I bought it with this bulk package please? 

I found the place to put the activation key for the user custom fields plug in, it just wasnt with the others. 

But yes, I need to renew the topics one but left it off the list 🙁 I hope you can help with that

After waiting for 24 hours, I eventually got the "update now" button. And everything has been updated successfully. I still haven't received a reply to any of my emails, nor to this post. 

I only have one more plug in to update as I accidently left it off my list when renewing the licences. 

Should I just cancel my paypal payment, ask for a refund, and then rebuy everything again with the plugin a missed off added, or can you guys sort me out with a discount code? 

I have emailed you about this too but have had no replies

@astgh Thanks, but was that so hard? All you have to do is drop a little comment and let me know this is being dealt with. but you  leave me with nothing for days. 

It makes me feel like you guys dont care, and just leave me unread. Thanks for keeping me informed.
