I use WPForo, and I bought cross posting, private msg, and attachments.
I found three bugs,

the subscriber can’t attach the file, only admin. The subscriber can’t see the button no matter how many ways I have tried.
The attach file button is only available for Usergroups who have “Can attach file” permissions in granted forum access (by default all except guests), so please make sure the permission is enabled.
wpForo has a New User Control function in Antispam settings. It allows you to set a minimum number of posts user must have to be able to attach files. Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools admin page and manage the mentioned option in Antispam > New Registered user section. Set it 0 if you want to remove this limit.
the private msg doesn’t send the mail .
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Private Messages subtab, make sure the Email Notification is enabled.
cross posting doesn’t work, either I posted on Post or Forum.
Here we'll need a bit more information to understand the problem. Could you please clarify a bit?

It's already enabled, but it doesn't work.
Probably they are going to spam-box? Have you checked it? Also, let us know, are the other emails being sent?
And about the cross posting issue.
Please make sure you've TURNED ON this post to forum cross-posting, and selected the target forum in this drop-down menu. See the screenshot below.
Not in spam-box, none of the mails were sent.
The most of email sending issues are server and site-specific issues so we can't help in these cases. We have a good list for website admins to find the reason and fix it. please read this FAQ post:
And how the post on the forum can be automatically push to the Posts.
I'm really sorry, but this is not possible, as the only authors, admins (high-level users) have permission to crate posts.
