@elvina I will check this. We only bought it yesterday and I've used it on my devsite. Missed that I could not activate before we went live.

Sorry but you can't activate the add-on on the different site, because if you're purchased the single site license.

What's the difference from these cases:

I would have understood it if I it was months apart  from activating. I just made an honest mistake, activating the plugin on my dev-server before moving the site instead of doing it afterwards. 

Same site, same code, same forum. Just different place and it will only be active on one site, one instance. 

I know I made a mistake, but it seems like a really bad way of making business.

We've just reset your order id's. Now you can activate plugins on your real site.
