Hello,

I downloaded wpForo for our client (Jennifer Anderson), it seems to be working well. However, they wanted to place it behind a PayWall, I had them add wpForo - Paid Membership Pro Integration, but every time I try and ACTIVATE the plug-in it doesn't active. I've deleted and reloaded the application multiple times and still have issues.

My client does have a WooCommerce Membership (By SkyVerge). But, we still can't seem to get your plug-in to activate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If we can't get it to work, is there some way we can get a refund?

Have you inserted the activation key?

Where would the key go? But yes, I do have the key that was emailed.

After looking at the instructions, it doesn't ever get to the point that it asks for a key. You hit ACTIVATE on the wpForo - Paid Memberships Pro Integration and it just doesn't ACTIVATE. We have the WooCommerce Memberships up and working just fine.

Hi @jennifer-anderson,

If you want to integrate wpForo with WooCommerce Memberships plugin you should purchase and use wpForo - WooCommerce Memberships Integration addon, not the wpForo - Paid Membership Pro Integration. The wpForo - Paid Membership Pro Integration addon is for Paid Membership Pro plugin, so you don't have that plugin.

I assume you've purchased a wrong addon, please let us know whether we should change your order from wpForo - Paid Membership Pro Integration addon to wpForo - WooCommerce Memberships Integration addon .
