Confirming I disabled the wpDiscuz cache, deactivated all wpDiscuz addons except Embeds, and posted a comment with an X.com link. The embed did not work.
If I edit the link and change x.com to twitter.com the link does embed correctly.
Please advise when the Embeds addon will be fixed or provide a refund because the only reason I bought the Embeds addon was for x.com.
We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
I am having the same issue, and did all the same things Rob did.
X embeds still do not work unless you edit the "x" to "twitter" which my commenters should not have to do.
here is an example from today:
my commenter tries to paste an X url, it does not embed, and I reply saying that it only works when you change the "x" to "twitter"
