Thanks for fixing the problem. Was it a problem with my site or database or a problem with the plugin? Let me know what the problem was?
Also, yes I'm aware that not all ranks have logos.

Hi John,
You did not tell us that you use wpDiscuz autodetect function. In fact those comments were made by guests, not registered users. If you have told us about that at first, we would tell you what to do.
But Karl Wright is a member with a lot of activity and his badges were not showing. He was not a guest. There might be a bug. Maybe he was a guest at one point very early, and his first comment was as a guest but then he joined and with autodetect on it is still associated all of his comments as a guest? This should not be the correct behavior.
Hi John,
It seems you did not understand in proper way. Yes, you have registered users, BUT they have left comments without logged in. They left comments as guests. That's we were talking about.
Hi,
I thought the whole point of the autodetect was supposed to solve this problem. So I understand what you are saying, Karl Wright might have posted when he wasn't logged in. But isn't the autodetect supposed to associate those comments with his user account and show the rank and badges?
What was I doing wrong with the setting? What did you do to fix in case this happens again?
