wpDiscuz Media Uploader

On third try after loading basic wpdiscuz on 2 different websites (with Media upload disabled) I get nearly the same error message on both, only my page ID where I created the comments is different.

So my update is that the problem is definitely repeatable. Ive used both Chrome and IE (and earlier FF) with same data base error results all the time.

Curiously enough (and again I dont know if related or not) but i am still unable to upload with the media upload program using any of these browsers. Additionally, with IE when I strike the media selection button there is no activity at all so im not even able to select any of the three types of files. I am able to select with the other two browsers, the comment appears to upload while the files don't seem to go anywhere.

with ie i am able to send comments like the other browsers but again nothing is selectable

Recent update today 04/18 appears to have fixed database errors/Query Monitor reporting issues and things seem to be running A-OK.
Curious as to what my next steps or expectations ought to be for the Media Upload product as I cannot upload. Also I experience issues using buttons with the Upload product in certain browsers (IE).

Pls check http://capecodbrunch.com . WP Discuzz product seems to be working well. I'm able to add images per basic comments IMG . But not able to attach files per your Media Upload product. Still get a non-ending upload symbol. Am I missing a simple checkbox somewhere to give me media attachment capabilities for comments using your product? I haven't found much of anything in your docs to assist me.

I use an AccessPress product to login to update posts and comments and it seems to work fine including selecting/uploading/adding media in the post. But as for attaching Media to comments, I see the line for media appear beneath your  comments entry and I appear to be able to select the various forms of media as they appear in this line, however, it just can't seem to upload (it stays in an upload stage forever). Any suggestions?
