No matter what I do, my readers can't vote for comments. I CAN but they can't. Help!

Basically, it won't count higher than two and it tells people they've already commented when they haven't.

yes, it works fine now. You can check it yourself. Just open the post on a new browser, press CTRL+F5 and check it.
