Hello!
My question is in the subject. How can be unsubscribed an email which was subscribed by accident? For example, if a non-existent address is signed, the administrator will always receive notifications like that:
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Solved. Subscribed guests can be unsubscribed by removing rows in wp_wc_comments_subscription table.
