Hello
My English is very weak and I have very little HTML and PHP knowledge. I am a beginner.
My problem:

I've changed line 96:

I think, this is a very bad solution. Can i change this via css? How? Please Help.

Please use the following CSS code, navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, put it in "Custom CSS Code" textarea:
