Hi,

I am facing the same problem. The reply button does not work in Safari, chrome and firefox. I have followed all the above steps. I do not have Jetpac comments installed. I have verified that nested comments options is enabled and wordpress native ajax option is enabled and purged cache on server side and client side but its still not working.

Please guide. URL is https://rareposts.com/the-boeing-737-max-8-what-is-the-issue/

Thanks,

Hi @anikhila,

I see Jetpack comment form on your website. Please deactivate if and the wpDiscuz will work fine.

Hi,

I am not able to find Jetpack modules in the Dashboard or settings of Jetpack plugin. Deactivate is not visible for Jetpack plugin. How can I do that?

Thanks,

Hi @anikhila,

you should disable the Jetpack’s Contact Form Module. Please follow the steps below:

1. Please, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack > Dashboard. Towards the bottom there is a link for the Debug section, click on it.

Debug

2. On the next screen, there is a link entitled “Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site.”. Click on it, and you are taken to a list of all modules.

Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site.

From there you can disable the contact form, as well as any other module you don’t want.

comments

Then delete all caches and check again. Press CTRL+F5 on the frontend.

HI,

There is no debug option at the bottom of the page. Let me know how to enable that option.

Thanks,

@anikhila,

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with this plugin's settings so well. This is just a basic knowledge allows us to give support to wpDiscuz users. You'll need to ask this question at Jetpack support forum.

You should be able to access the debug url directly by going to this link:
