Please make sure you've updated all addons too. Also please delete all caches and purge CDN (if you have), then do CTRL+F5 on frontend. If it doesn't helped please leave website URL.

It didn't work so I reseted the website and last security save.

1.1.5 repot and flagging add-on is not working with the new version of the plugin 4.0.1 as intended

Please leave website URL to allow us inspect css and JS conflicts. It may be caused by other JS errors.

wpDiscuz Flaging and Report addon works fine with wpDiscuz 4.0.1, you can check it here:

We see that WordPress ajax requests are being blocked by your server. Reasons:

1. If you have a security plugin try to deactivate, then delete cache and check it again. Some security plugins blocks regular ajax requests.

2. You may have a wrong configuration in .htaccess file, and it blocks WP ajax requests

3. Maybe your server folder/file permissions are set wrongly. All folders should be 755 and all files 644.

4. Other plugins like cache and performance booster. In other words you should deactivate them one by one, delete cache and test after each deactivation.

This issue doesn't come from wpDiscuz, please try to fix using the points mentioned above.
