I have searched for a setting for the following function, but have not found anything in the dialogues, the forum or the homepage:
How can a moderator (admin) be notified by e-mail as soon as a new comment is available for release?
Use case: As soon as sharing is activated or a comment is identified as spam, manual intervention is required. Since you don't know when this is the case, you have to constantly log into the admin console and navigate to the appropriate area. It would now be helpful if an admin user / moderator would receive an information / mail as soon as there is a new post to be reviewed.
A subscription is not sufficient, because the comment has not been released yet.
This would make work much easier, would reduce the administrative effort and the reaction time to new comments.
I hope someone knows a solution.
Hi @horst-v,
I'm really sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't have such feature yet. We'll take into consideration for future updates.
Currently, you'll need to find some other solution. Please check this article it should be helpful for you:

Hi @Astghik,
thanks for your reply and the link. I already activated the options (Email me whenever -Anyone posts a comment - A comment is held for moderation) mentioned there but don't get any notification if a post is classified as spam or has to be manually approved.
Is there any idea why this fails or how to get informed about spam classified comments?
Thanks in advance ... Horst

The issue doesn't have any relation with the wpDiscuz plugin.
If you mean spam in the WordPress admin page, then you have some Antispam plugin. Please deactivate that plugin and check again.
If the email going to the spam folder, please follow this article: https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/wordpress-emails-going-to-spam-here-are-13-ways-to-improve-newsletter-delivery/
I mean this dialog beneath Comments:
New comments land directly in the category "spam" and no email is sent.
I disabled all plugin (except wpdiscuz) but the error remains
@Astghik,
done allready based on the second issue (Captcha not working). Let us fix the other first to not mix up initiatives. I'll check this then and come back. OK?
