Ip's changes and vote manipulating

Hi,

I d'like some help.

Someone on the forum with the nickname "Bonnes nouvelles pour le Bitcoin" (Which means good news for the bitcoin in english) succeed to vote for himself several times ...

This person changes ip every second ...

He manages to manipulate the votes.

Is there a solution to put an end to this manipulation ?
