Hi,
I've just been trying out your wpDiscuz plug-in, and I think you have done a great job.
One of the things I am keen to try and improve is the commenting and engagement, and wpDiscuz looks like just the framework to build that around.
An experiment I would like to try out is to show recent posts on the homepage, but allowing readers to comment directly inline to the post. Almost a little like facebook, but with my site's and community content.
I have used the 'comments_template()' tag, and the results look like just what I'm after. See attached screenshot.
Unfortunately, it doesn't function too well.
Comments can be edited, but new comments go to the parent page's comments, and not to the one being edited. Likewise, sorting the comments breaks things.
Any ideas if or how this could be achieved?
Thanks,
Gav
I'm really sorry but wpDiscuz doesn't support multi-load on the same page. You can use more than one wpDiscuz comment box on the same page, it makes lots of ID and JS function conflicts. wpDiscuz is only designed for single use on single content types.
