Hi! I just installed plugin< made some settings, but i don't see any icons in form

Hi cinemandy,
Your theme loads the old version of FontAwesome, however, wpDiscuz uses the latest FontAwesome version 5.
Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, enable "Do not load Font Awesome css lib" option.
If it doesn't help, please contact theme support to update FontAwesome.
