Can you please help in aligning comment replies in a single layer vertically?

Hi @adarshm07,
Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page. Find the "Enable threaded(nested) comments[X] levels deep" option then select the 2 as a value of the number of levels deep in the drop-down box.
