Hi,
Even though I have allowed guest access in WP Discuz and unchecked "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" in Wordpress/Settings/Discussion, the app still asks for people to register to comment. What can I be missing?

Please leave the screenshot of the options and some example URL to allow us to check the issue.

@astghik

Sure. You can visit this page, for instance: https://onehomeplanet.com/why-regenerative-economics-is-the-future

Let me know if you need more info.

Thank you.

Hi,

This is good news. I am puzzled as to why it does not work for me (when I am logged out, of course). See attachment.

Screenshot

 Thank you.

@ohp,

You've set the name and email filed required and haven't filled those fields.

If you like to make those fields non-required follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page,

2. Edit the form,

3. Click on the right green Pencil icon of those fields,

4. Set the fields not-required

More info here:  https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/getting-started/custom-comment-form/comment-form-builder/#comment_form_fields

I have set all the default fields as not-required (except for the Submit button) and updated the Form. Same issue arises. I tried different browsers after having deleted their history. Same pb still occurring.

Thanks for your help.

@ohp,

Could you please record some video with the issue.

It still works in our case: https://onehomeplanet.com/why-regenerative-economics-is-the-future/#comment-30

It works today, even though I haven't touched anything since yesterday. Go figure.

Thank you very much for your help anyway!
