Front-end and message issue

1) Mobile full-width issue... The problem started with adding comments to page. X horizontal bar is active as you can check and width:100% is not a solution for mobile devices...

I'm sorry, but I don't follow you. Please explain using some screenshots. 

2) There is no success message after posting a comment. It should be a pop-up or mouse down action to see user's own comments. It looks like bugy? How can we solve? 

This is designed to work in this way. We don't display any message when the users are comments. The message is shown only when there is some error, e.g. duplicate content, etc.

Hi support team, thank you for your feedback. I've one more question to you; where is the rating starts stored in database? which table? We need to calculate avg. point for users. Best,

The rating starts are stored in wp_commentmeta database table. 

wp_ is just a WordPress database tables default prefix. In your case, the prefix can be different.
