we don't see Flag button on your website, please activate this addon then delete all caches.

Sorry, I did not have flagging enabled for guests. It is now enabled.

Put this CSS code in wpDiscuz Settings > Styling > Custom CSS Code textarea. Then save it, delete all cache and do Ctrl+F5 on post front-end:
