how do you make thread links!! like the ones you see on webhostintalk where the thread is a link to marketplace!! how do you do that in wpforo!!

if you see on webhostingtalk the subforums is actually just a link to a part of the forum!!

As you can see in the screenshot below, wpForo subforums are the same as webhostingtalk subforums, this is a link to a part of the forum.
