Just wait an answer of the support for activate my addons.
We can disable current active domain and allow you to activate it on a new domain. Your addon licenses are Single Site Licenses, they should only be activated for one domain. Please let us know your new domain name.

both addons are already activate in our database for mondesensuel.fr domain.

You can only activate it on a one domain. I if you've activated it on mondesensuel.fr, then you can't activate it on monde-sensuel.com. Your purchased license is a Single Site License. It only supports one domain name.
