Hi there, for some reason the comment form appear repeated (double) in one of the pages in my site. It looks okay in other pages. I can't figure out why.

It seems your comments have been imported. In any case please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings and click on [Delete voting data] button. Then delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front-end.
