I am trying to modify the forum colors, but the download CSS color files are not working/downloading on any web browsers. The video included shows the problem: https://cl.ly/ef0a0f42e00a

Probably there are some errors. JS errors can be found under the Console tab. Please check the Console tab.
Also please note: all questions related to wpForo core plugin should be asked on the wpForo community. Here we support only the issues related to wpForo paid add-ons.
