On the Forum Accesses tab, you can find the following two CANs:

• Can view topic
• Can view attached files

You can create a new Usergroupand attach the corresponding Forum Access on the Forum permission section. So if the user makes enough count of posts you'll just need to change the user group of the current user.

Another question: can I set the forum: let visitors post without fill out name, email, etc?

What I want to do is -

I would like to set a "special section", where only a certain (reputation) level (or upper) members can access. Can this be done in wpForo? (I can buy addons if necessary)

Sorry for the late response. 

I'm really sorry, but the forum assesses are based on usergroup but not on a reputation system. 

You should change the user's usergroup if the user gets enough reputation on your forum.
