I can't understand why add "noffollow" this is bad for crawle pages. Better noindex...

I can't understand why you compare non-comparable things. These are different seo indicators. Nofollow can ot be changed to noindex because they are designed for different things. Both are correct in correct place. Noindex can not be used for links, it seems you're not familiar with these SEO components. Nothing is bad here:

• “noindex” suggests to search engines (most notably Google) not to index a specific webpage.
• “nofollow” suggests to search engines (most notably Google) not to pass link equity through links on a webpage.

All external links is better to set nofollow. But internal links doesn't have nofollow attribute.

But now 7 pages dont have H1 how this is fix?

Which 7 pages?

99 have low text-HTML ratio. Maybe this is possible fixed?

I think you asking these questions in incorrect place. Your website SEO configuration should be done by SEO experts. Please find according services for these issues. I don't see wpForo problem on your PDF file.
