Здравствуйте , почему у вас могут не отвечать на вопросы очень долго ? Не договорили , не решили и убежали. Это хорошо у вас ?

Please be patient in waiting for reply to your question. Don't bump your topic don't reply with "?". It doesn't help. This is not the best way to ask for support. As its already mentioned in our terms and conditions you'll get answers within 12-24 hours. Your last question was left 19 hours ago. It also may take more than 24 hours so please don't count time and just wait for the answer. We have thousands of customers and we support them via email, forums, comments, wordpress.org support forum, on demo pages and other places, so it may take a while to get back to you. Also don't forget about time-zones.
